Lobby Bar at the Congress-hotel Forum is a perfect place for business meetings and pleasant talks over an apéritif or a cup of aromatic coffee. Enjoy a light breakfast in the morning, a hearty lunch in the afternoon or indulge in a cocktail in the evening.  On the menu, you will find a wide variety of snacks and dishes to suit all tastes, delicious desserts, hot beverages, fresh juices, and refreshing cocktails. On weekdays from 12.00 to 16.00, we invite our guests for business lunch and grant a discount of 30% on our entire menu (except for beverages, cigarettes, and alcohol)! The bar is located on the ground floor of the Congress-hotel Forum and it is open 24 hours for the hotel guests and citizens of Ryazan.
