Guest-loyalty Card

Congress-hotel Forum has an accumulative loyalty program that allows our Guests to receive discounts on all services provided in the hotel. You can become a member of our loyalty program after your 5th stay in the hotel. There are three membership levels:

1) 5% discount card upon your 5th stay.

2)10% discount card after accumulating RUB75 000

3)15% discount card after accumulating RUB150000

Guests are welcome to check the revenue from their accommodation at the reception. Loyalty program discounts can’t be applied to the contract prices.
